{¶ 1} Appellant, Mark Brown, has filed an appeal of the denial of his motion for a new trial. Appellant was convicted of aggravated murder for the 1994 deaths of Isam Salman and Hayder Al Turk in Youngstown, Ohio. Appellant was sentenced to death in connection with the death of Salman on February 28, 1996. After his execution date was set, he filed a motion for new trial, alleging that two witnesses to the murders gave false testimony...
