{¶ 1} Rashonn L. Roberts pled no contest to assault of a peace officer, a fourth degree felony, and having weapons while under disability, a third degree felony, after the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas overruled his motion to suppress evidence. The court found him guilty and sentenced him to two years for having weapons while under disability and eighteen months for assault of a peace...
