OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Donn D. Dobson appeals from a judgment of the Miami County Court of Common Pleas, which overruled his constitutional challenges to R.C. Chapter 2950, as amended by Senate Bill 10, and dismissed his petition to contest his reclassification under that statute. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment will be affirmed.
