PATRICIA ANN BLACKMON, P.J.:
{¶ 1} Appellant Lang Dunbar appeals his conviction and sentence and assigns the following errors for our review:
"I. It was plain error under Crim.R. 52 to not instruct the jury on the lesser included offense of Unlawful Restraint,[sic] and counsel was ineffective under the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments of the federal Constitution in failing to request a jury instruction...
