{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Tamer El-Berri ("El-Berri"), appeals his sentence for rape. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.
{¶ 2} In January 2006, El-Berri was charged with kidnapping with a sexual motivation specification and rape. A jury found him guilty of both offenses in January 2007. The trial court sentenced him to seven years in prison on each...
