JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

COLLEEN CONWAY COONEY, P.J.:

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Eric Wilson ("Wilson"), appeals his convictions and sentence. Finding some merit to the appeal, we affirm his convictions, vacate his sentence, and remand for a de novo sentencing hearing.

{¶ 2} In 2008, Wilson was charged with four counts of rape, two counts of kidnapping, and one count of gross sexual imposition, involving A.L....
