GRADY, J.

{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Grange Mutual Casualty Co. ("Grange"), appeals from a judgment of the municipal court that dismissed Grange's action against Defendant, Tony Reynolds, a minor, on a claim for relief alleging negligence.
