{¶ 1} On April 5, 2009, at approximately 9:30 p.m., plaintiff, Nathan Evanoski, was traveling on the southbound entrance ramp to Interstate 71 in a construction area in Medina County, when the 2003 Pontiac Grand AM he was driving struck a large pothole causing substantial damage to the vehicle.
