KLINE, J.

{¶1} Anthony Hicks (hereinafter "Hicks") appeals the trial court's dismissal of his petition for postconviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. Because Hicks did not attach any evidence to his petition, he has failed to meet his burden under R.C. 2953.21(C). Therefore, we find that the trial court did not abuse its discretion by dismissing Hicks's petition for postconviction...
