{¶1} Appellant, Donald Stowe Jr., appeals the judgment of the Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas dismissing his counterclaims against Appellee, Midland Funding, LLC, in an action on a credit card account. On appeal, Stowe contends the trial court erred by dismissing his counterclaims for lack of standing. Further, Stowe argues that the trial court erred by dismissing his Fair Debt Collection Practices Act counterclaims...
