{¶ 1} This case is before the court on appeal of the November 3, 2008 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which, following a no contest plea to one count of attempted felonious assault, R.C. 2923.02 and 2903.11(A)(1), sentenced defendant-appellant, Derrick Parker, to four years of imprisonment. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment....
