{¶1} Michael Davis appeals from his re-sentencing in March 2009 for deception to obtain dangerous drugs. Davis was convicted of aggravated trafficking in drugs and deception to obtain dangerous drugs in 2005. He appealed and we reversed his conviction for aggravated trafficking.
