{¶ 1} 1) On April 29, 2009, at approximately 8:30 p.m., plaintiff, Myra Kashner, was traveling on US Route 50 in Hamilton County, when her 2005 Nissan Altima struck "an abnormally large pothole" causing strut damage to the vehicle.
