FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} 1) On February 9, 2009, at approximately 2:40 p.m., plaintiff, Kathy Majors, was traveling south on Interstate 75 through a construction zone "in the right lane just south of the Rt. 63/Monroe/Lebanon exit" when her 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette Minivan struck "a huge pothole" causing tire and rim damage to the vehicle.
