Hess, Jr. appeals the judgment of the Probate Court of Belmont County, Ohio rescinding a previous order transferring real estate from the estate of Susan Ann Hess to the David W. Hess Supplemental Service Trust (David Hess Trust). Appellant is both the guardian of David W. Hess and the commissioner of the estate of Susan Ann Hess, deceased.
