{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a Lawrence County Common Pleas Court judgment of conviction and sentence. LeShawn R. Nickelson, defendant below and appellant herein, pled guilty to (1) one count of trafficking in crack cocaine in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A) (1) & (C)(4)(d); and (2) one count of trafficking in crack cocaine in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(2) & (C)(4)(e).
