{¶1} The parties were married on October 18, 1980, in Columbus, Ohio and three children were born as issue of this marriage, all of whom were emancipated at the time of trial. Plaintiff-appellee, Dianna Leimbach, filed a complaint for divorce on March 27, 2007, and the trial court granted a judgment entry/decree of divorce on April 24, 2009, based upon incompatibility and a finding that the parties had lived separate...
