DECISION AND JUDGMENT

PIETRYKOWSKI, J.

{¶ 1} This is an accelerated appeal from the July 13, 2009 judgment of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, which adjudicated appellant, M.S., delinquent for committing the act of sexual imposition and ordered that appellant be placed on probation with various conditions. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
