DECISION AND JUDGMENT

PIETRYKOWSKI, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Richard Williams, appeals the September 29, 2008 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which, after a trial to the court, found appellant guilty of domestic violence, in violation of R.C. 2919.25(A) and (D)(3), and sentenced him to four years of community control. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
