{¶1} Relator, Ron Graham, commenced this original action in mandamus seeking an order compelling respondents, Ohio Department of Education ("ODE"), Painesville City School District, and Painesville City Local School Board of Education to conduct another official eligibility timing pursuant to R.C. 3327.01 to determine whether the board must transport relator's children to the non-public school they attend.
