FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} "1) On March 13, 2009, at approximately 6:00 p.m., plaintiff, David Evans, was traveling south on Interstate 75 just before the Stanley Avenue Exit in Montgomery County, when his automobile struck a large pothole causing tire and rim damage to the vehicle.
