{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Eric K. Paasewe, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas dismissing his actions against defendants-appellees, Thomas 5 Limited ("Thomas 5"), Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP ("Calfee"), Freund, Freeze & Arnold ("Freund"), and Carl A.
