{¶1} Defendants-appellants, TDS2 Property Management, LLC, and Tim Seek, appeal the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Perpetual Federal Savings Bank, pursuant to appellee's motion for summary judgment.
