FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} 1) On June 25, 2008, plaintiff, Richard Dix, Jr., an inmate, was transferred from the Lake Erie Correctional Institution ("LaeCI") to defendant, Lorain Correctional Institution ("LorCI"). Plaintiff was subsequently transferred from LorCI to the Grafton Correctional Institution ("GCI") on June 27, 2008.
