{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, William H. Perkins ("Perkins") appeals the judgment of the Seneca County Court of Common Pleas, finding him guilty of aggravated robbery, trafficking in drugs, and other related felonies. On appeal, Perkins claims that the trial court erred when it limited his cross-examination of a witness at trial and when it ordered that he pay restitution without specifying the recipients in the judgment...
