{¶1} Plaintiff-Appellant John Hardmon ("Hardmon") appeals from the March 24, 2009 Judgment Entry of the Court of Common Pleas of Van Wert County, Ohio, granting the Civ.R. 60(B) motion for relief of Defendant-Appellee CCC Van Wert Credit Union ("CCC") and setting aside a summary judgment in his favor.
