{¶1} Appellant, Jason B. Melone, appeals from the judgment entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained from a search of his vehicle following a traffic stop. Appellant challenges both the validity of the initial traffic stop as well as the legality of the eventual search.
