{¶1} Appellants, Peter S. Franklin, M.D. and Peter S. Franklin, M.D., Inc.,1 appeal the judgment of the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas denying their motion to vacate a default judgment entered in favor of appellees, Sandy and James B. McDermott and Linda Rohrbaugh. For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court is hereby affirmed.
