{¶1} The following accelerated calendar appeal arises from the November 10, 2008 judgment of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas ordering appellant, Bret G. Hague, to serve 15 days in jail after he failed to purge the court's previous order finding him in contempt for failing to make child support payments. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
