{¶1} A Scioto County jury convicted John M. Adams of one count of murder, one count of aggravated burglary, and two counts of kidnapping, all with firearm specifications. These charges stemmed from an incident in which Adams purportedly shot and killed Bobby Burns, the husband of Michelle Burns, his former psychiatric patient.
