{¶1} Appellant Jerry Chadima ("Father") appeals the April 15, 2009 Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Decision entered by the Stark County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, finding it was in the best interest of one of Father's minor children to remain in the custody of appellee Patricia Chandler ("Mother").1
