FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} 1) Plaintiff, Carl Vasiliu, asserted that he sustained rim damage to his 2006 Mercedes SL55/SL65 from striking a pothole while traveling on Interstate 71 in Hamilton County on February 13, 2009, at approximately 12:00 noon.
