JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

CHRISTINE T. McMONAGLE, J.:

{¶ 1} After a jury trial, defendant-appellant Larry Williams was acquitted of rape and kidnapping, but found guilty of gross sexual imposition. The trial court sentenced him to 12 months in prison and five years of postrelease control. Williams now appeals. We affirm the finding of guilt, but vacate the sentence and remand for resentencing.
