DECISION

KLATT, J.

{¶1} Relator, Jeffery Ready, commenced this original action in mandamus seeking an order compelling respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order that denied him temporary total disability ("TTD") compensation on grounds that he had previously refused a good faith offer of suitable employment from respondent, Digital Dish, Inc., and to enter an order granting said compensation.
