{¶1} Appellants, Charles R. and Barbara J. Gates, appeal the judgment of the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, Ohio Savings Bank, n.k.a. AmTrust Bank ("AmTrust"),1 in connection with a 30-year Open-End Roll-Over Mortgage Note ("Note") for a $96,000 loan obtained in 1981. For the following reasons, we affirm.
