Tisher filed this action in mandamus, seeking a writ to compel the Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission") to vacate its orders terminating her wage loss compensation as of June 23, 2008 and further to compel the commission to enter an order denying Kmart Corporation's ("Kmart") motion to terminate the compensation.
