{¶1} Jeffrey W. Ossman is appealing the dismissal of his attempt at an administrative appeal from the action of the Director of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction which affirmed the decision of the Rules Infraction Board at Pickaway Correctional Institution.
