{¶ 1} Appellant, Paul Eugene Miller, appeals from the judgment of the Knox County Court of Common Pleas, disqualifying him as a "pro se representative" of the Monroe Mills Trust on the grounds that appellant was not properly licensed legal counsel authorized to file pleadings in the matter.
