OPINION

PRESTON, P.J.

{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Michael E. Goldsberry, appeals the judgment of the Union County Court of Common Pleas sentencing him to a sixty-month prison term. We affirm.

{¶2} In January 2005, the Union County Grand Jury indicted Goldsberry on five (5) counts of nonsupport of dependents in violation of R.C. 2919.21(A)(2), felonies of the fifth degree, and on five (5) counts of nonsupport of dependents...
