GRADY, J.:

Defendant, Jamie Steele, entered a plea of guilty to one count of theft involving property valued at over five hundred dollars in violation of R.C. 2913.02(A)(1), a fifth degree felony. The trial court sentenced Defendant to an eight month prison term.
