GRADY, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant, Janay M. Corbitt, was convicted on her pleas of guilty of two offenses. In Common Pleas Court Case No. 2008CR2726, Corbitt was convicted of a violation of R.C. 2913.49(B)(1), identity fraud, for holding herself out to be another person through the unauthorized use of that person's personal identifying information.
