{¶ 1} Appellants Felix Fedor ("Fedor") and Ali Mohammadpour ("Mohammadpour") appeal the trial court's decision granting summary judgment in their favor on the issue of liability under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), but awarding less than the statutory damages.
