{¶1} Appellant Jennifer Ann Gilliam appeals her sentence after pleading guilty to three counts of theft and three counts of forgery in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas. The charges were fourth and fifth degree felonies. The indictment arose from allegations that Appellant stole at least $80,000 from a family business in Youngstown called D'Amico Agency, Inc. The prosecutor recommended a three-year prison term...
