{¶1} Appellant-mother Donna S.1. appeals the May 14, 2009, judgment entry of the Guernsey County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, which terminated her parental rights with respect to her minor children, R.S. and A.S.2 and granted permanent custody of the child to appellee, the Guernsey County Children's Services Board (hereinafter "GCCSB").
