{¶1} Appellant, Eisenmann Corporation (Eisenmann), appeals a judgment of the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court awarding appellee Mid-Ohio Mechanical, Inc. (Mid-Ohio) $768,396.67 on a mechanic's lien and appellant $14,550.00 on its counterclaim, following jury trial (Case No. 07-35).
