{¶1} In October of 2003, appellant, Rebecca Betinis, entered into a retainer agreement with Stuart Abramson, Esq., an attorney in New York, to represent her in an EEOC action. Appellant Betinis paid Mr. Abramson $8,000 of a $12,000 fee upfront.
