{¶1} Relator, Daimler Chrysler Corp., commenced this original action requesting a writ of mandamus that orders respondent Industrial Commission of Ohio to vacate its order which grants permanent total disability compensation to respondent Michael A. Liles ("claimant"), and to conclude claimant is not entitled to that award.
