{¶1} Defendants-appellants, Lukjan Metals Products, Inc., et al., appeal the Judgment Entry of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas, in which the trial court granted plaintiff-appellee, Raymond West, Jr.'s, Motion for Summary Judgment and denied Lukjan's Motion for Summary Judgment.
