DECISION AND JUDGMENT

WILLAMOWSKI, J.

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment issued by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, which determined the meaning of certain terms in estate documents and denied appellant's motion to invoke a no contest clause. Because we conclude that the trial court's rulings were proper, we affirm.
