{¶1} Defendant-appellant William E. Schenk appeals a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Stark County, Ohio, which revoked his judicial release and imposed the sentence he had received after being found guilty of menacing by stalking in violation of R.C. 2903.211; possession of criminal tools in violation of R.C. 2923.24 and criminal mischief in violation of R.C. 2909.07.
